When browsing compilations I can't seem to get the songs on compilations sorted correctly.
Once the album is selected the songs are sorted Alphabetically not by CD then Track #
When the Artist is the same on the entire album songs sort correctly, its only seems to be an issue on Compilations.
How do I get Compilation CD's to sort correctly, IE: CD #, Track #
Example:
If I have folder structure:
Compilations/Album Name/CD1/ Compilations/Album Name/CD2/ Compilations/Album Name/CD3/
I get three albums in main view, But songs are sorted Alphabetically, Not by Track #
If I have Folder Structure:
Compilations/Album Name/
I get one Album in main view, I can see all the songs on that Album with CD # (1, 2 & 3) and Track # on each file, Songs are still sorted Alphabetically, Not by CD # then by Track #
Am I missing something ? Appreciate any assistance

TouchJams doesn't support what you are trying to do as it treats all songs in bottom level sub-folders as an album. To get the results you're looking for, you'd have to do away with the CD1/2/3 folders and put all the audio files directly under Album Name.

Hi, Appreciate your response and I do understand the folder structure requirements, At least I think I do. But as I have tried to explain above. Even with 1 Folder & 10 songs if I have a various Artist Album, where the album artist is Various Artists, it seems to sort alphabetically by song title, ie: ignoring Track #
My issue is the sorting of track within an album even when track numbers are present and set in ID3 tag, But only on various artist albums.
When the Album is one artist everything is fine. Weather it be multiple CD's or not.
I hope that I have explained a little clearer this time.
Thanks.

I see what you are saying now as I just reproduced the issue. I'll get this fixed in the next release.

I noticed this weekens that the songs of some cd's are listed according to the order on the cd, but others are listed alfabetically. I don't know what makes the difference...

For a particular album, in order for the titles to be displayed sorted by track #, all the song files in the album must have track # defined in their tags. If all the track #s are NOT defined, then you will have mixed results, and this is a bug which will be fixed in the next release (whatever comes after Jan 12, 2018 v3.5.1.1).

Ok, that makes sense. Well, I'll save myself the trouble of fixings all the tags and I'll just wait for the next update :-)

How can I make Song Name first & Artist name 2nd on Compilation Albums? example: Bon Jovi - Always. This is how it shows, I would like it: Always - Bon Jovi.
