hi all is it any way that i can change any setting in touchjams ive just put hundreds of album on single albums and loads of doubles albums on it looks like the single albums show up ok and when i look for the others there show up in one folder of 345 looks like there all under unknown or various albums is doing head in haha is there any way that i can by pass various so that there dont go i any other folder than the album its self thanks mark

Every album should be in it's own folder and it sounds like your tagging needs looked at. Touchjams will not show music correctly if they are not sorted or tagged correctly.

hi thanks for getting back yeah all my music is in sepreate folders every album, when it installs all you get is various and one comes folder like 234 albums it dosent come up like 1 album where it should but all comes up like various cant find it on how to change tags thanks mark

I would suggest you THOROUGHLY check your tags, use mp3tag (https://www.mp3tag.de/en/)

We have ours separated by Artist>Album and use Tag&Rename to do it. It can handle mass tagging and do your folder structure for you as well. Works for Audio, Karaoke (CD+G), and video MP4 files.
