SoundSpectrum is the maker of G-Force, which adds visual experience for audio. I've been playing around with it for a couple of days now, and really like what it has to offer. So, I thought I'd write up some instructions on how to configure it for TouchJams with multiple monitors. Step 1 - Configure SoundSpectrum Audio Cable Make sure this option is set when installing G-Force, and follow their instructions: Step 2 - Make the G-Force standalone app run full screen Using NotePad, open the file C:\Program Files (x86)\SoundSpectrum\G-Force\Resources\Common\Startup.py Look for "import SoundSpectrum" and make it look like the below. The indentation with spaces DOES matter import SoundSpectrum @_time( '0:01' ) def action(): vis.SetFullscreen( True ) Step 3 - Make the G-Force standalone app run on monitor X, and disable some of the UI Using NotePad, open the file C:\Users\(logged in user)\AppData\Roaming\SoundSpectrum\G-Force\Preferences (Standalone).txt Look for the following settings and change them as below: Fullscreen.Device = 5 UI.ActivateOnClick = 0 UI.Enabled = 0 UI.ShowOnStartup = 0 For the Fullscreen.Device and multiple monitors, you'll have to experiment with values until you get the intended monitor Step 4 - Hide the G-Force toolbar Go to Toolbar Preferences, look near the bottom, and check the “Start toolbar minimized” option. Step 5 - Make the G-Force standalone app run on Windows startup Hit the Windows button on your keyboard, type "Run" <ENTER>, and type in "shell:common startup". That will open the startup folder, add a shortcut to the G-Force standalone app - "C:\Program Files (x86)\SoundSpectrum\G-Force\G-Force Standalone.x64.exe".
