Latest update now second monitor won't work

I installed the latest update and now my second monitor is just Grey when playing videos or karaoke (my karaoke media is just mp4 videos). I updated and even reinstalled the latest code packs and still have the same problem.

my second monitor still plays video after the upgrade, have you checked the settings under monitors in case they have changed back to single monitor ?

I've checked it all. I downloaded new codecs, and it plays fine on my primary monitor. It will show mp3 on the secondary monitor. But it won't show video.i can swap the skin and make the second monitor my primary and still get the same result

I have the same issue after installing latest version with my MP4 karaoke tracks as well. When playing the second monitor is grey where the video should be. Wondering if it's an issue with Intel graphics?

With TouchJams version 3.5.2.7, there were changes made in the audio engine (3rd Party) and it broke video playback for some vid cards/drivers. TouchJams Version 3.5.2.8, unreleased, fixes this with an additional setting in Options/System/Video Settings - Disable VMR7 (check this if video not working).

Here's the download for Version 3.5.2.9, which has the video fix and also fixes Unicode filenames (this became broke in previous audio engine updates):
