Hello, Please could you assist. My Touchjams has been working perfectly for a long time, however, last week my Touchjams home screen has stopped displaying the music / albums. I now have to select Library, then Library select to view my music. I do not recall changing any settings, other than the usual update all after adding some new albums.
Your support to correct the home screen would be greatly appreciated.

I think what may be going on here is a library filter issue. I would try going to TouchJams Options/Media/Music, and on each one of your Library Sources, click Edit for each and ensure that the "Enable in Library Filter" is checked.

Hello, Thank you for the suggested correction. I have completed this, however, I still have nothing on the Touchjams home screen. I am thinking of maybe doing a complete deletion and re install of the Touchjams software....What are your thoughts please? Thanks again Gary

OK, so I did not have the nerve to conduct a full uninstall. I decided to re map / re fresh the library path....Main/Media/Music Library/Library Items... I then selected edit....re mapped the same path...( All of my music media is in one folder location ). Touchjams then completed a full update of media......then......hoorah....all of the album art is now showing on the Home screen again..... Thanks again for your time and support. Gary
