Hello,
I uninstalled everything on my first PC and installed again on 2nd PC and giving me error code:
This program has been installed too many times. Please contact your software supplier
Error Number: 739 Extended Error: 350: Shows My Key
I emailed support 23ish hours ago, no response. Is this normal? Is there any way to fix this myself?

If this hasn't been handled already please send another tech support email to support@touchjams.com. Best of my knowledge all the tech support email has been caught up. Normal wait time is less than a day, sometimes minutes. Last couple of days have been busy with the holidays and also had a heater go out.
