Hello, I've followed the steps in THIS thread, but I still only get a splash screen. The program shows in task manager for a few seconds then goes away. There's nothing in the windows logs of course. It was working fine until I updated touchjams. I see XP isn't supported, but I assume 7 still is. Window 7 Ultimate SP1 (all windows updates available have been installed) any ideas? Edit: 3.5.0.2 is the previous version. I was able to completely uninstall touchjams and reinstall 3.5.0.2. This version seems to work fine, it just stops working after I run updates.

I would do the following to completely uninstall TouchJams: With TouchJams not running: 1) uninstall TouchJams via the uninstaller, i.e. Windows Add or Remove Programs 2) delete the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\TouchJams 3) delete the folder C:\Users\(logged in user)\AppData\Roaming\TouchJams 4) delete the folder C:\ProgramData\TouchJams 5) delete the folder C:\ProgramData\ACH\TJSSTD 6) reboot 7) download/install the latest beta via touchjams.com/Download/Beta/3.5.2.6/std/full/setuptouchjams.zip8) run TouchJams, it should ask you to activate, and after that TouchJams should run Also, make sure that the account you are logged into has Admin rights (from cmd window, net user <username>, look in "Local Group Memberships")
