ok, this issue seemed to have crept up since the last update, which also deleted all the library. Whats happening is, after i built the library up again, i select a song, all good, i queue up say 5 songs, it will play the 2nd, with the 3rd in the next window, however, once the 3rd is to play, it displays the artwork saying its actually playing, but the song playing is the 1st song, it keeps doing this, even on dj mode.
Ive looked through the forum and i have deleted the roaming data and built the library again, but come to use it in the bar today, and i get the error again.
Has anyone had this issue, if so how can i correct it? Thank you for your help
Also, i use a touchscreen, but now pressing skip is taking round 9 seconds to take effect once pressed.

Are you able to reproduce this issue after resetting TouchJams data files and Updating the library? Does it happen with the same songs?
As for the skip song taking 9 seconds to take effect, on what type of device are you using to store you music? A network drive, USB drive, SSD, 5400 rpm drive, 7200 rpm drive? One thing to keep in mind is that TouchJams now has volume normalization, and when you play a song for the 1st time, the entire music file must be scanned to obtain peak values. After the peak values are obtained, those values are written to the DB and the next time the song is played, the file doesn't need to be scanned. So, if you are storing your music on a slow device (network drive, 5400 rpm drive), you might want to turn off the volume normalization (Options/Sound/Volume).

Hiya, decided to try this after a period , pc upto date, touchjams updated, still doing the same, repeating the sane song, sometimes with different track displayed, i press stop, search a song , it finds it, but pressing play or play now does nothing except make the screen go white and touchjams shuts down, nothing is making sense, the drive is a internal drive, was fine a year ago, now its night on useless, I can only suggest giving access to my laptop and see fir themselves.

Trying this morning, it's just played the real thing, next song is playing with girls by acdc, but when it comes to play its displaying acdc us playing but its playing the real thing again instead, slight pause after the song is finished, now its saying the 3 degrees us playing, but yet again its playing the real thing song....

hi, ive not been using the jukebox these past few months, however, last night we used kodi for selecting music, and that did the exact same as touchjams was doing, as in repeating the same songs, so the problem isnt with touchjams thankfully, BUT, something is doing it on the laptop, does anyone have a idea what cold be causing this odd issue??

I would think you could have some bad tracks, incorrect tags, duplicate tracks, poor library layout, or a combination of issues, the list could go on... Make a test library with 10 albums that you have checked and know they are good, try with TouchJams & kodi.
