OK as far as I Know I didn't change anything but on my laptop install lately the volume does nothing until you go down to zero then it turns all the way down. I have 2 licensed installs. One is on my laptop(the one I need to work the most) and the other one is on my desktop. The desk top one works fine. The laptop is running blue-tooth out to a Logitech blue-tooth adapter on my stereo. It was working fine up until maybe today.

You changed nothing on your laptop, and now the blue tooth stopped working? Something changed. Windows update?
For blue tooth, TouchJams v3.5.1.4, I believe, had an issue but was straightened out. If anything, I'd be running the latest version of TouchJams, v3.5.2.0 - Options/About program date 05/14/2018.

I think it has something to do with the latest Windows 10 update. My mini PC just did the latest update and now the volume up/down doesn't work.

Have you tried manually installing latest audio drivers?

I think it actually has something to do with my Logitech blue tooth receiver I have hooked up to my stereo receiver. I have two copies of Touch jams and the one on my main PC that is hooked up directly to amp and speakers works fine.
