This is an issue with your sound drivers and Windows 8/10. Either update your sound drivers or run TouchJams in Windows 7 compatibility mode.

This problem has been identified and will be fixed in the next release - 3.5.0.3.

This has already been fixed in version 3.5.0.3, the current version available is 3.5.0.4.
