Built this from scratch made it up as I went, wood frame, ply covering, Lenovo touchscreen pc, 2 x 250gb SSD drives with Win10 and all updates, KLite codec pack and Touchjams with Dark Blue skin edited to change placement of graphics and buttons, top 2nd monitor, 2 x Mordaunt Short speakers, Sony stereo amp, mostly stuff had lying around. Programmable LED strips in ally u channel and diffusers ( cutting angles for fitting was bit fiddly) driven by Arduino Uno and 200watt 5v power supply. USB connection at the rear for a USB mic to be attachged for karaoke.
Video is of it running in our village hall with spare set LEDs strung along the wall and top monitor video streaming to a chromecast on the projector. Will post some more pics of the build if anyone interested
In the UK so the 5V WS2812B 60LED/M RGB Full Color 5050 IC Addressable Strip Lights 5M, Arduino Uno and the MeanWell 200 watt 5v power supply were from EBay, software and wiring suggestions were from diyprojects.tech/2019/05/upgrade-jukebox-lighting-with-arduino-ws2812-adresable-led-strip/ 51431 - 2 Metre - Wide Surface Mounted Black LED Profile P13 (30.8mm x 10mm) C/W Opal Cover (self adhesive fitting) from bltdirect.com Graphic on the side of the case from tenstickers.com

Can you post some more info on what you used for the border LED lighting? Where to buy, etc.

How reflective is your touch screen? I have 4 touch screens (ELO/Hannspree/Acer/ViewSonic) and all of them are highly reflective, as in...they could easily be used as a mirror. Not sure why. All of my other non-touch monitors, too many to list, are not reflective at all. And, the ViewSonic touch monitor uses IR instead of capacitive or resistive.

Its a Lenovo Thinkcentre M93z All in One i5-4570s 2.9ghz 8gb ram, 256gb SSD bought from EBay £94.00, only mod was removed DVD drive and fitted additional 256gb SSD into a replacement DVD/SSD caddy from Amazon. Screen has virtually no reflection at all and works perfectly in daylight and darkened hall and a very responsive touchscreen without being overly so. Running basic Windows 10 with all updates, Team Viewer so I can get remote access in case I need to tweak anything, MP3Tag to edit the MP3 IDT Tags.

Thanks for the info, will have to check it out. As for remoting in to jukebox, I've used Google Remote Desktop for many years now, works great, and can remote in via Android phone.
