Hi, I've been looking at TouchJams for a wall-mounted touch-screen juke box and have a few questions: - What is the (actual) recommended windows PC spec? - Is there a way to enable/force a queue system so others don't click play on a track and it skips an existing queue? - Is there a recommended resolution for the touch screen monitor so it's easily readable? Thank you

"What is the (actual) recommended windows PC spec?"
I only really have used TouchJams for MUSIC on 7 machines, From Intel Dual Core 2.0ghz, 4 GB Ram. to Intel Core i7-7700 3.6 GHz Quad-Core, 32GB Ram. 2 x 1050TI GPU's.
The Intel Dual Core 2.0ghz,4 GB Ram system worked perfectly in a commercial environment, it was a well tweeked system, with TouchJams and Coin Acceptor software only running. Obliviously video is a different ball game, Depends on resolution, bitrate, codec used ect, if your system WON'T play it outside of TouchJams, NOT much chance of TouchJams playing it. Also worth having a dedicated system with no junk running on it.
Here are some random test results while playing MUSIC
Intel Dual core T5800 @ 2.00Ghz 4gb Ram (WINDOWS 7) 20 to 30% CPU, RAM USAGE 1.09Gb
Intel Celeron E1400 @ 2.00GHz 4gb Ram (WINDOWS XP) 14 to 16% CPU, RAM USAGE 413 Mb
Athlon 64 X2 5000+ 4gb Ram (WINDOWS 7) 47 to 50% CPU, RAM USAGE 1.01Gb
Intel Core2 Duo E7500 @ 2.93GHz 4gb Ram (WINDOWS XP) 19 to 21% CPU, RAM USAGE 450 Mb
Intel i5 2405s 4gb Ram (WINDOWS 7) 7 to 10% CPU on 3 cores, 29% on 1 core, RAM USAGE 920Mb
Intel i5 2500 @ 3.7GHz 4gb Ram (WINDOWS 7) 1 to 5% CPU on 3 cores, 20% on 1 core CPU RAM USAGE 1.56gb
Intel i7 32gb Ram (WINDOWS 7) 4 to 5% CPU, RAM USAGE 2.52Gb

TouchJams has a Protected Mode (Party Mode), which is ideal for public settings, such as parties, bars & pubs, etc. When TouchJams is running in Protected Mode, buttons which gain access to program settings are hidden, preventing people from messing with the jukebox settings. At any time, TouchJams can resume Administrator Mode by double-clicking an area of the screen and entering a password.
You can also hide buttons to stop people "Jumping the Queue"
"Is there a recommended resolution for the touch screen monitor so it's easily readable?"
I have used TouchJams on screens from 19" (1024 x 768) to 65" (1920 x 1080) and the display is faultless, very clear and easy to use.
