I am trying to use touchjams as a jukebox interface on a tablet sitting in a docking station. When I configure the output through the earphone jack on the dock, I must set the output sound device in touchjams to speakers (USB audio) in the configure output sound device to get any sound through the dock earphone jack, however when I do this I lose volume control mute function etc on the home screen. Also the configuration is not held once touchjams is turned off and back on... I have to go back into output device and reconfigure. You would also think the I should be able to plug headphones to either the jack on the side of the tablet or the jack in the dock and get the same sound output... This tablet is using windows 10. Any ideas??

More than likely a sound driver issue, try updating them or rolling back. Try setting your most used sound output to "default device" in windows 10. I doubt if this is a TouchJams problem.
