Hi,
I've installed the software using the manual activation process described in the online help, however, every few days the program won't start because it needs a code.
I have to go to copyminder to add the licence key and installation code (which changes every time the program fails to start) in order to get a new code.
Why is this happening? I purposely used the manual activation as the jukebox has no internet access at all. I was expecting to not need to continually activate.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Al,
You forgot one step, notifying support@touchjams.com so changes could be made to your product key on the CopyMinder server. Those changes have now been made. You may have to activate 1 more time but after that you should be good.

Hello Bob, I had to reinstall TouchJams.... I have internet access and entered my original Product key... however, I'm stumped by the request to enter an installation code??? I have no record of this Can you assist a grey haired, techno challenged music lover. Thanks in advance. John
