Help needed, I made a major mistake, when paying for a licence I hadn't noticed that bing had changed the email address from the one I entered to one I haven't had access to for 6 plus years. On noticing this I emailed support, explaining what had happened, giving the transaction details and my name and address etc. I haven't had any reply. Does support exist for this any more? or is it a waiting game?

Glad to say problem is sorted thanks to lovely chap at 2checkout. Still no reply from support at touchjam.

Sounds like you were sorted out by the 3rd party online payment processing company immediately which is great!
