I have been using Touchjams for a while now and have imported many albums, however, I have one album that will not show up in the library even after I have imported it. When I add the folder to the music library sources it says that it added all 13 MP3's that are on the album but when I go to look for them the album is not there and I cannot find it by using the search function either. I have even tried deleting all of my library sources and just adding the one album. Again it says that it successfully added it but then it does not show up anywhere. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Thanks!

I'm not at home at the moment, will test it later,
Try replacing the : with a - Songs You Know by Heart - Jimmy Buffett’s Greatest Hits
Try shortening the album name to Songs You Know by Heart - Greatest Hits

I changed the album title to simply "Greatest Hits" and it is still not showing up anywhere. Thanks again for your help!

I used "Songs You Know by Heart - Jimmy Buffett’s Greatest Hits" and it worked ok for me.
I have no idea what is happening on your system, try DELETING the database and start again.
C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Roaming\TouchJams\db\TouchJams.db

I got it to work. I changed the file names of all of the songs to only include the song title and deleted the "Jimmy Buffett - " that came before the song title and it seemed to work. I also made a new folder and put the MP3 files in that new folder and for whatever reason, it worked. Thank you so much for your time and help with this!

I have a similar problem where I go to album art and download the cover art from the server and it tells me cover art found but it never shows up in the image window or on the home screen even after a refresh.. Apply button is supposed to use the image across all the songs in the album but there is nothing there...

I use a .jpg at 1000 x 1000, name it cover and place it in the album folder. Set Album art options to Music File Location, Then Tag Info. This Uses images stored in the same path as the music file, if present, before using tag info images. Reset cover art and then it Works 100%. Regarding missing album art, get it manually off the web, then you can adjust size, brightness, contrast ect www.touchjams.com/webhelp/Program Options > Display > Album Art I also DESELECT THE FOLLOWING Copy Album Art to Music File Location Save Album Art to Music File (MP3/WMA only)
