I purchased this software in March and have been happy with it for the most part. Somethings need help but overall it works well. I setup the software initially on my desktop PC to fine tune my Media files in order for the software to read all tags correctly. Once all tags were update I moved it to a second PC which is a jukebox in my family room. This morning I received the following error
Error # 739 Extended Error 350 XXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX Your License Key is XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX
With this error the software would not start.
I am using on 2 computers in the same home but not at the same time. Again one PC for setting up media and the second PC is the production one in the family room.
Why after 2 months and I getting this? Do I need to purchase another license? If so that makes this very expensive software for the home user.
Please someone get back to me today. We have a bbq today and now I cannot use my music and will be using spotify.

You cant use it on 2 PC's using the same License Key, this is common practice with most software. The software will not be authourised on the second PC.

It's not working on either PC where it was allowing me to do so for about 3 days. Again one PC is development. I tweak the skins to my liking and make sure the tags are correct before moving to the PC in our playroom. Only one PC is using it at one time and both times by me the owner/user. I understand both PCs should not be active at the same time.

Are you telling me that my license is locked out and I need to buy an additional 2 licenses if I want to be able to do what I am doing? I should be able to use it on either PC but not at the same time. Right now I cannot use it on either.

You cant authourise 2 PC's with the same license, It doesn't matter if you are not using them both at the same time.
You will have to email Bob and get him to help you sort it out.
Just uninstall the Full version off PC #2 and install the demo on it to get you through your BBQ, untill Bob gets back to you, that should work.
