I'm running a popular bar, and needed urgent new jukebox software. I purchased TouchJams because its good, but also because I can activate using an other computer attached to the internet. The music computer in my bar is not attached to internet. Now it appears that TouchJams can not be activated by this method explained in the help files. And my bar opening in 1 hour. Great. I quickly installed something else. I sent the email to support, but when will they reply??? I don't understand why the help files give clear instructions for manual activation using a different computer attached to internet, but in reality it's not at all the case. Please rectify your help files. Attachments:

I solved the issue. Hired a guy who temporarily connected the PC to internet allowing me to activate TouchJams. Anyway I think important to rectify the manuals. Activation only by internet.

PGWYM, 1) You sent me emails between 3:54 and 5:47 a.m. my time (CST). Sorry, but I'm sleeping during those hours. 2) The help file is spot on with what needs to be done for manual activation. 3) As the help file states, you could have received the activation code yourself via the link primary.copyminder.com/activate.php- Bob Matura

1) Oops, my wrong. I should have known. I was just a bit panicking :-)
2) 3) Yes I followed the link and entered the codes and hit submit. But got the answer"This program is configured for internet activation only. You cannot activate it via the activate.php webpage". I tried 2x both with same result. Anyway, no problem anymore. Its activated, and we are very happy with the program.

I also do not have my computer hooked to the internet. I sent an email to support a few weeks ago and I am now able to active the software using the link "primary.copyminder.com/activate.php".
My question is, why is it every so often I have to activate the software again? This is very inconvenient.
